My aunt has always made an amazing Beef Roast… i never knew it could be sooooo easy!
As I have done before, I bought the Manager’s special, which happened to be a Beef Roast that even had a pop out timer in it.
I simply salted and peppered and popped int he oven at 350 until he timer popped! how easy?!?!
I used the pan drippings to make a gravy by adding a little flour and broth to thicken. Use either beef or vegetable broth
I also added some chopped baby portebella mushrooms.
DELISH!
